What’s the Point of a Writer’s Blog?

So, you’re a writer – or you’d like to be.

But do you really need to have a blog?

Wouldn’t it be better to use your precious ‘writing time’ working on your novel, or creating non-fiction articles to sell, instead of spending all your time building up a blog that won’t make you an income?

Many writers feel they will look amateurish without any online presence. but they don’t want to spend every waking moment adding blog posts and answering comments. Others find that blogging is the writing they enjoy most!
